Customer Terms of Service

1. Who You Are Contracting With

These Terms are entered into between you and FlexSource AI Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“FlexSource,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). FlexSource operates the Merchable platform.

2. Seller of Record

FlexSource AI Limited is the seller of record for all products sold through the Platform. When you place an order, you are purchasing products from FlexSource AI Limited.

Creators featured on the Platform license their designs to FlexSource and are not parties to the sale between you and FlexSource.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price including applicable shipping costs. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Returns

FlexSource is responsible for order processing, manufacturing, shipping, customer support, refunds, and chargebacks. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at the email address provided below. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown on the Platform due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexSource AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
